Generate Subaru 80 Bit Chip

Hi Guys, how do I generate a Subaru 80 bit chip? I have 4D60 80 bit transponders and I'm wondering what will I use to generate the chip. Can the login be written manually or can I use my VVDI2 or ND900? I see they also call this chip 82G. Any help will be appreciated.

no tool can genarate this chip i have it original key from deaer just .

I see TM100 can generate Subraru 80bits using Ford 80bits.

Any updates on how to generate 4d60 subaru or is this still dealer only???
