Only possible by serials if there is another barcode starting C70000.....If you can read and post the contents of the 93c46 eeprom..we can probably help... sorry mate..

i have some problems to read the eeprom with jdm programmer...
i try also si-prog, but with a zener in place of lm2936z5 regulator, it don't work, i will replace the zener with lm2936z5 regulator and i will try agan.

Any suggestion for others programmers?

I don't know if memory is damaged by previous attempts or if it's erased by radio....

Yes, eeprom is 93c46T; T means turned of 90?, this morning i tried and i read this dump:

AA AA 21 32 00 10

and after only FF FF FF....

siti tells me that code is 3221, tomorrow i clear the "10" to "00" and i try again.
