Toyota Hilux 2016 Model

Hi Mates
Today I had my first Toyota Hilux 2016 model and didn't found any eeprom to program. On the first pic you can see a micro TSSOP-8 on the left side (U7). I couldn't read the numbers on the micro. Is this the TSSOP-8 to program? If yes what TSSOP-8 is it? C66??
I am thankful for any help.....

I used DP3 Clone, worked fine. Just take of c66 micro and program, np

don't know about any programmer does it via obd yet..................

its an mssop 8 93c66 next to the micro, after you change the the data the vehicle keeps reverting back to the programmed mileage until the vehicle has done 100k or 62m

that is not true mate, that was your case, a bad procedure of programming...100 kms...lol

Hilux is hilux, nothing special to work on it

well i used smelecom and thats what happened. it could actually end up useful information for someone else who does bad programming.

ffs ita very old algo on just about eveyones box clone or not , try taking a backup and experimenting once in a while

I had the same problem ,only after @100km it's fine then.Done 3 all worked that way.

First picture left from processor is the TSSOP C66. Just take it of the board and program. Easy no problem.
Just make sure and clean it propperly and solder on adapter, read / write finish....................

Looking to do this for my 2011 Hilux using Digi 3.

Q. Does the c66 have to be removed from board? can it be read only from board without removal using cloths peg clip?

Mate it is an eeprom only. Read in 16. What is the problem?

Yes. 7 its not necessary. 8 , 6 is jump.
