Mercedes Vito EZS problem diffren mcu, but same number, need help

HI have broken and used EZS from Mercedes
number 6395450508

Broken EZS has
mcu1=1L20M
mcu2=3K85K

Used EZS has
mcu1=3K85K
mcu2=1L20M

see pictures!

mcu has change place from broken to used, but same number on EZS.

I need to clone broken to used, how to do this?



UPDATE, I have now new pictures with correct mask on pcb.
And I have change from 5K85K to 3K85K in text

are sure with mask "5K85K" ??? its not 3K85K ? ;)

i have 2 pcs of this part number A639.545.05.08 here, but in both are only 1L02M, this combined with one 1L02M and second 3K85K i not saw yet
both MCU are readable in circuit and easy, no need desoldering, R270, VVDI Prog, O5 schould be too, maybe some extra step is needed.
enough only read both eeproms and write to otherone...to clone it

Desolder and move is faster, but should I mount mcu like?
broken 1L20M to used 3K85K

desolder and move maybe broken MCU or half broken ??? i think this need more time to thinking about it what can be better...for future use :)

But I get confused when mcu is swap on pcb.......

If same maskset, you can clone with flash + E2Prom or swap MCU from one to other.

I have a broken ezs cpu with km and have another one, on which I wrote eeprom of keys. keys turn on bench but i want to write correct vin and km on sustitute. Any body can help?

original vin has been corrected, but mileage should be 278000 and it is over 600000 (do not know exactly)

More info. 1L02M mask? Haven't seen one quite like this before. Mileage and VIN are usually stored in it? What year Vito?

sorry for late answer, vito is 2004 year. I was able to change km and bin but now I get a problem with ESP lights. can not code them with star and probably have to change something in the eeprom...
