Help virgin edc16c3 Renault Master

Hi mates, I have a RenaultMaster van ecu 0281012200 edc16c3 and eprom 95160 is corrupted, give's DTC P0606 Internal fault ecu. And injectors coding failure, injectors codes are in 888888, and not allows change it.

When I change 95160 with other same ecu reference, dtc faults are deseapeared but need code immo for to start engine.

I tried with volta and ecuvonix 3.2 for to put virgin without succes becouse ecu generates more dtc including dtc "Error Software lock"

I uploaded bdm read 4kb and programmer read desoldering 2kb.

Any help would be apreciated.

can you give me the password from RAR? I have a renault master 3.0dci and it is limited to 95km / h. I tried to remove the limitation from the Renault dealer but I didn't succeed. The only option I have is to write a virgin eeprom or full bdm. Thank you
