This is a Method to transform the android in a Scanner Radio with generic tuner DVB-T USB RTL2832U Chip only ; for PC TV Digital Wiewer low cost ,
Use a USB Cable OTG ( on the Go ) for Android 3.4 up version and smartphone USB Host , to create a OTG cable mod a usb micro cable with pin 4 to GND 5 .
