I would like you to help me understand why in MPPS I can not read the map ... I can only write and see the identification of the ecu of my Fiat Grande Punto 1.2petrol.

would say as tool not capable of reading, guess its a marelli IAW 59F (ST10)
you can id ecu, post up hw and sw, someone kind may find for you orig, Mod orig and then write back
sometimes if tool not support read, use a better tool more protocols, or do the above,
