Hi ... I ve made a engine swap to a 2003 mercedes sprinter 311cdi from a S320cdi W220 engine . This engine type, 6 pistons, was never fitted on a sprinter. It was automatic transmission but I keeped sprinters manual transmission . I successfuly started it , but is in limp mode , I don t know why , It doesn t have no more dtc on cdi ... I ve put in connectors the swirl flaps motor, the egr valve , and I ve made the wiring connections to the transmission control module . It seeing the transmission control module in P/N so the engine starts . It seeing one more fault on transmission control module ... no power supply on valves ... but I don t think this in the cause for the limp mode . So ... somebody can help me modify the flash for me with swirl flaps off, egr off( and if it is possible no automatic transmission ). Thanks !!! 420444
