vdo cdr 500 E pincode

have one vdo cdr 500 here for pincode,that not have 24c16 inside but st0721 instead.
have search a little bit how to read,but not really found mask for it.
so please someone who already have this readout,to share with me.

24c16smd is the chip on the base pcb, remove bottom cover...
