Which transponder is suitable - id46 ??
How to read pin code in this car, which module /memory i need to read to obtain pin code?

Is there any tool that can do this by dump?

Plenty of tools that will pre code and program a pcf7936 to start the car. But no tool that will prepare the Pcf7941 remote keys with working remote functions.
