sirius 32 meagne 1.6 immo help

Hello.
I try to immo off in sirius32 megane 1.6 16v without ac. I put ff 4000-7fff cut58 but car no start, immo led flash and in next read flash 29f200bb there is no ff in area 4000-7fff. Is it posible to do it without emu? In sirius32n it work good.
