i have Vw jetta mk5 hu66 spare door lock tried to de assemble but Dameged casing on it as it's different from mk4 could some one help how to de assemble these locks with out dameging it or is it possible to buy outer casing separate.421174

Punch in the small pins.

Thanks rob I punched the pin in which did not go through instead broken with damaging outer casing.

That happens, butt it will open.
Just punch them deep ennough.

Not pretty, butt it is the only way.

You can drill a little hole beside each pin and push it up,very quick and easy,after you can close the new holes with aluminium to look ok.
