Need help of silca database owner

I need the cut of piaggio code key GT15 : 3128, this is ok in silca database but not in instacode because W3128 is not good.
So if a silca owner can help me please to cut this code :)

Thanks Klesk but Instacode is not good (W3128), good cut is 322112123 ( thanks to metalik that send it to me) from silca database.
