ME 3.8.3 IMMO OFF Request

Hello i read my eeprom from the ecu and i need immo off.
My chip is 24C04
ECU 06A 906 018 CG ME 3.8.3
The file i read it seems empty the previous owner of the ecu go the tuner to turn it off.
I think he just changed the chip to empty one and scam him.
I uploaded e2p file and bin i don't know which one you need guys!Thanks!

Write only 24c02, no flash.

no only write and if car have immobox, disconnect it.
