if you are struggling on how to do it then

in the reply to thread press the Go Advanced tab
scroll down and select Manage Attachments
in the box that opens select Add Files
then select Choose File...this will open your windows explorer folders
select and Open the file you want to upload
then select the Upload tab which will upload the file to the forum
select the Done tab
select the Submit Reply...and thats it
