Honda Civic / Fujitsu Ten VIN update

Hi,

i own a Honda Civic and i've upgraded my head unit.
My brother tried to put my old unit in his car but it asks for a code (that i don't own). Reading some internet forums, i learned that my unit is "married" to my car's VIN.
Walking through the Diag Menu, under "Car Status" i could find the INITIAL REGISTRATION VIN (my car's VIN).
Is there anyway i could update the related VIN so it can be used in my brother's car?

All the information on the top sticker are listed bellow:

FUJITSU TEN 139000-0540C101
S/NO. SLC00945
Part. No. 39100-TR0-M51-M1

In the Diag Menu, the information is as follows:

HONDA Parts No. 39100-TR0-M51-M1
Maker Parts No. 139000-05400000
Serial No. E3510236

If i need to DUMP some file, how can i do it?

I still haven't disassembled the head unit.
Can I dump the bin using a XPROG box?
