Problem Transistor BC337, galletto V54

Hi, I have a problem with a galletto v54 that I have modified all the components, galleto works well, kinea K, CAN, BDM etc, but the transistor BC 337, it gets very hot, to the point that you can not touch it, the voltages are Correct, I've changed the transistor and it's still the same.


Do you know what is due?
