new laptop

hi everyone

hope you can help i have just bought a new acer laptop with built in wireless connection. i have a linksys wireless router and a pc wired to the router i tried setting up to share files but no luck

can anyone help?

Run the Networking wizard on both PC's.

Make sure you are allowing access through your firewall.

Without more info, it's pretty difficult to tell you much more than that. (What O/S, firewall, and how you wish to share files would be helpful)
