Just take both and try... I bet it is 4d 80 bit, but might be 46 aswell.

it is 6F-60 chip
buy normal key for this car and programming
this moment i dont undastand what you doit

kia ceed from 2013 to 2016 year only remonte key 6F id60 .you 4D dont pass to you kia ceed 2014 year
