Can't seem to find any tool that can clear the file for this. Also there is a NEC on it. I don't see a 95080.

There is a code in the car not going away. B9923 Flash Code 19. I tested the Airbag circuit for the driver side and also eliminated the clock spring and added 2ohm resistors on each stage and checked the resistance using a diagnostics tool and it's 2ohms each stage, but that code is still there, I'm thinking now the only problem is data in module.

Please check.
