So, i have read here, the most likely place where we can find a mechanical key code on a car is on the drivers side door lock!!?

Not tested, but appears legitimate. Give me a Ford VIN within that range (last 5 digits 00001-27842) and I'll send the model to confirm it's what you have, and that vin's key and radiocode...

Mostly Ford Transit mk7, Ranger, Focus, Fiesta Mondeo. Some other models. Euro market. NOT TESTED - would like peoples input.
