Why you want to immo off when everybody else here can code the ecu to the vehicle within bfew minutes with the help off carprog clone ..even ....

Immo off will take more time to waist than using carprog and reset ecu and then code it to the new/old pin from the car

Problem solved.
The problem with communication immo.
Inside the engine ECU not connected to pin 5 (k-line).
Fixed bug by soldering.

Hello. i'm new to forum, but i revive this old thread.
I have a similar problem. On a Zafira A Z18XE, 2001, same codes on ECU. With cold engine (cold ECU) it works good. After the engine (ECU) got hot, it works until i stop the engine. After that, it will not start until ECU is cold (i put carefully cold water on it to cool it fast). The stored errors are P1612 and P1613, viewed with Op-Com after get cold. When is hot, i cannot connect Op-Com to ECU.

For box12: What pin (pins) did you soldered on ECU? I see the solders on the board, but i cannot see the soldered pins on the picture you attached. Where is that pin 5? Can you mark them on my cropped attached picture?
Thank you.

Problem solved. Pin 5 was broken. I replaced (with thin copper wires) the whole group of 8 wires. Not the best looking job, but now it works very well.
Thanks for information.
