Is it posible that it does not work, becouse we change tacho from diferent car also?

Immo is not in tacho, is in immo box.

Did you disconnect immobox before ecu connecting ?

where is immo box located on audi a3?

Go from coil near ignition switch to immobox like for the thread to the glomerulus ...

2 wire from coil (green and black) are going directly to tacho connector (Green)

what error you have on engine on diagnostic?

did not check, just immo led flashing. will try to read error code

ooo , your audi a3 no immo box but immo in ecu and new dash=no start

dash light immo remains on beause your key whit dash is not pair. but if ecu is off the car shoud start ,or if you have immo box you have to remove it like dragon100 (http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/member.php/294314-dragon100) says . can you put a picture whit the dash ? you try to make diag on engine?
