Citroen C2, Ecu 9651942280, cant read.

Hi, good morning.
We have this unit, froma C2, year 2006, ecu its 9651942280.

We have used the pinout posted here in forum to read with UPA from backside of board.
But no way UPA can read it, we always get "device not respond".
Its there any diference between MC68HC912B32 and MC68HC912BE32 ?
Because in UPA its only listed the first one MC68HC912B32.
