Hello Friends!
Could you help me with Virgin / Renew of this file? readed by BDM, no solutions in any of my tools for this ECU.

Do you have any ideas?
I have tried to clone this ECU with FGTECH (read old and write to new), file is 2MB , no EEPROM, but after writing the coolant fan is ON, and no communication with ECU. no matter if i calc checksum or write it straight. isn't it weird ?

OK, Solved, but not by virginizing.
i had P0605 DTC - ROM Error. Engine works for few seconds and then it suddenly shuts off. Reading by BDM 5 times gives 5 different files. That's why i couldn't copy it to another ECU.
Fault is in FLASH memory next to MPC561 ,i heated it do 180* and started reading by BDM, then after 2 readings ,and with help of some original files found on DK, i was able to make a full backup. checksum and write to another ECU - and it worked.
SIM266 ECU has Virtual EEPROM at the end of FLASH, but it differs in various SW versions - i couldn't just copy it from one to another. Hard ECU....

I need full bdm for sim266 A200 ecu ,, Manual tranny ..
