What is proper virgin file for Peugeot 307 bsi st95128

Hello to all. I have a 307CC with broken BSI, I have donor and donor2 BSI from 307. What is the proper virgin procedure for this type of BSI? The NY....O make's it all FF, but is this ok or there is other way?

Swapping eeprom does not work, it make's it all no good.
