Convert ETL H8SX to bin

Hello.

I have this problem.
I need to clear crash data in following unit:
98221FJ390- Subaru XV.
But I have programer and I cant read this H8SX- I can only write.
I have clear file but in ETL/CARPROTOOL format- H8SX

Can someone convert that to bin?

I see that not ETL but Carprotool format.

maybe someone have dump for this SRS unit in bin ?
