missing channels

hi,
can anyone help please i`m very new to this box i.e 1 and half days!!!
i`m used to eurovox setup i.e easy.
scanned channels and sly sport1 and some music channels missing openmedia box plugged staight into incoming connector no adaptors i`m in the geordieland area is there any bouquets not sure about these any help would be appreciated

everything sorted changed to dk1.1 and brute force scan did the trick
