Hi got a 2013 Ford Focus that I installed sat nav into put a V2 MFD Western Europe map in the sd card slot and it updated and works pefectly, now bought a update MFD sd card from ford but it refuses to update the map to Bosch/Tom Tom 2016 but runs the old firmware and map with the new card still installed , do you think that this is a firmware update from ford that is required to sort it out any ideas welcome
