Only remote key by OBD programming or clone existing key.

I`m pretty sure that can be done with id46 carbon chip as silca does keys with that chip for astra h

Make a clone on tpx4 or other clonable 46 chip

If you want to program - only key with remote PCF7941 - nothing else can be programmed.
If you want to clone existing key it is possible with some tools, for example the Silca ones.

I had a case where the client had original remote and a copy (I believe it was Silca GTI clone). Then client lost the original and asked for the lost key to be erased by another colleague. He erased and of course the clone stopped working too and it was impossible to program it back to the car. So he was forwarded to me and I made a new remote and sent the client back to colleague with Silca machine to clone again the new remote.

If i remember well, with VVDI2 you can prepare the PCF 7936 for this car.
No need remote.

You can prepare it with many tools but car won't accept it.

This problem can be addressed with the help of a t.ech.and.epc
I look with techCIMmodule and later anEPCmust be the key
