2015 - 2016+ chrysler 200 black platic airbag module

i have few customers with these airbag modules

jeep 2016-2017 same look of new module

identical modules when you open them

my questions :

1. how to read and write clear them from crash on the same car

2. if customer buy one from junkyard from another car, what i should do too, (flood cars customers throw bad one and buy used one)
