BMW E39 LCM-3 VIN and mileage

Hi to all! Is it possible to change the VIN and mileage to BMW E39 2000 LCM-3. Module has been replaced with another car, all the lights are working properly, but the panel LED fault indication, and on the odometer appeared point. I have no PA 1.40 to code the LCM. Inside the block MC68HC11PH8 (0H30R), it was read by Xprog. Can somebody tell me please where in the dump contains the VIN and mileage and in what form, and whether they will be enough to change for normal operation.428740428741428742

The mileage is stored in the next lines:
0010: xx 04 16 xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx
where the next bytes:
04 16 - is a mileage
