ME 7.3.1 immo off please

Hello everyone,
I have a Lancia Thesis 3.0 and i have problem with ECU. I want to install another ECU. Please anyone can make immo off for this ECU.

ECU is Bosch Me 7.3.1
0 261 206 659

This is original file and i need immo off.
