Question about EDC15C2 one plpug

Hello, I have on bench edc15c2 one plug. In live data should it give inverter voltage or only on car while cranking the engine? A lot of faults but nothing connected to the ecu, only VCC,GND,K and L .

If U have ecu form PSA cars sometimes when immo is active it's no possible to read live data.

Immo is off by dump, live data ok, only no voltage on inverter. Is it normal or it is like sid801( on sid ecu's there is voltage on inverter even when ecu is on bench)
