How to remove gel on opel HSFI-2.5 ecu

What are people using to remove the gel around the pins on opel astra 2003 ecu so damaged pins can be soldered again

i try to remove that gel with isopropilic , aceton , etc but no luck only manual solution as i know

with toothpick, gel will stick to wood toothpick and lot of pattience.... this gel is siliconic based gel.
