Mazda Xedos 9 2000 key problem

Hi DK members
I have Mazda Xedos 9 2000 with lost keys .
Immo MC68HC705P3(1E25B) Readed with Orange
429600

With tango made transponder ID 12(C179307B1010F5F5)

the car wont start or crank the immo light is steady On ,not flashing.
Can someone help with ideas please ?
If i take the ECU eeprom /file Can same one synchronise the ECU and Immo eeprom ?

Sorry for interruption. I had one lost key job xedos 9 year 1999 too. I am the 3rd persin to take over the job. But looked everywhere couldn't fnd the immo box except denso ecu KJ16 with ic TC97101p in it. Located centre console under radio. One temic preamp on side of ignition barrel. Side steering column empty as nothing. Mind share where do you find the immo box?
