Digiprog 3 to pc problem.

I have some problems connecting my digiprog 3 to computer.
I get this message when i run EEtool :

i just soldered the ftdi chip, and the connections are 100% right.
it is a digiprog3 V04.94.
Serial number : FA9C60160000

Did you see in device manager virtual com port when you plug Digi in USB? If YES did you choose correct com port in EEtool? If yes what version of EEtool you are using?
Only one version work. Search in forum to find one posted by me.

Nope, there is nothing happening in device manager when connecting the usb
