That discovery type fob wont work.

Fobs from dealer come ready programmed to vin, and only need to be synced. You cannot learn a key diagnostically.
If you have no working remote, need to read eeprom data from processor in becm.
If you have a working remote you can get an aftermarket remote supplied from that one.

Entering eka code will unlock becm. Some tools can enter eka code directly which saves having to do it manually with door lock and avoids issues with failed position switches.

I think the eka code is correct i have entered however the individual settings will reset but wont unlock bcem , is there anyway to find out if eka code is correct?

Google Blackbox solutions.....And throw money in their direction for a pretty useless tool But its the only tool I am aware of that can unlock these BECMs
I am also sure someone was advertising unlock service on Ebay a few years back
