bosch edc 16 with bdm

hi all never used bdm b4 just want to clarify a few things b4 using got a used ecu to test on so b4 i connect to pins by way of solder points no adapter..... pins 1,2,5678910 dont use 3,4 and last 4 points, the ribbon cable that comes witn bdm 100 pin 1 is red is it then in series ie 23456 etc can you confirm this would be correct connections many thanks

I have a problem,
I have a bdm100 tool, I use a soft DimSport to read a ECU
Its saab 95 1.9tid, it is edc16c39, however the software shows it as a VAG family, and does not allow to read entire file.
Who has a normal software to read ecu properly?
then i need someone to disable egr, dpf and flaps
