I need immo off of this flash 28f400 out of P10 ecu Delphi.

Trailblazer 2003 4.2 6 inline engine

Passlock bypass: Cut yellow wire on small harness from lock, 2200 ohm resistor soldered from harness side to black wire, then Passlock relearn. Google Passlock relearn for directions.

I have given that method a try but the flashing will never go off during the relearn procedure. if you have hp tuner would be great i`m not really good with hex editing.
