I have no keys situation for this Skoda Octavia 2008... Dash is Micronas with 24c32. If possible can someone with Tango or any other device put this file of 24c32 to Service Mode state!

Your dump in service mode.
After write with programmer, put dash in car or bench and write original eeprom back via obd.
After that your dash is unlocked and can be accesed without valid key.
