Chev LS1 Tuning Software- Request

Hi guys i am doing a engine swap into a production race car and i need to do immo off so i don't need to run the BCM and i am installing push button start. There is software like efi live that can do all this through the OBDII connector but it is freakin expensive and i will probably only ever use it the once. i think also there is software called Tunecat which i think will do the same.
Does anyone know a manual way to immo off the PCM of an LS1? i can work on getting some dumps from it if the OBDII option fails.
