Chrysler Sebring 2008 problems

Hi! I am working on a Sebring 2008 with 2.0 CRD.
The thing is the engine won't crank, and there is an immo problem.
FVDI can't show SKIM part number and pin code shows 0000.
I read 24c16 from SKIM on bench, and the dump seems corrupted to me.
Is there any chance to find another dump or repair mine?
The dtc in SKIM is Ecu configuration mismatch.

Hi Im haveing a sebring 2010 the skim data is mismatch and car dosent start. It came with instrument cluster on fire allthough no damage on wires etc only dashboard is fried.
I need help to code new skim data to be able to work with the car pls tell me if you can help me...

Hi. You need to find security code from ECU or SKIM and pair them with Launch.
If not, i can give you already paired dumps Skim and ECU, and you need a pcf7936 precoded for Chrysler to write it OBD with SBB.
