NEED HEPL TO CHANGE MILEAGE IN TOYOTA AQUA.

Hi all,
Does anyone know is there any Chinese tool to change mileage in AQUA with test points?Please advice me.

for 99% it has just a eeprom inside clusted the same like any other toyota. probably prius.
so buy digiprog. take apart cluster. look for eeprom like 93c86.
make backup of chip.
use another toyota menu to read eeprom, if it reads correct value then you-re good to go.

It has a 93c66 msop chip.I heard that there is one tool to read eeprom by test points.I am searching that tool mate.
