Evoque Cluster VIN change

Hello mates,
I have a RangeRover Evoque without original cluster.
Someone stole the original cluster from car.
Now I put on the car used cluster and learn it with SDD to make the car starting.
Now I need to change vin inside cluster because customer is unhappy to have another vin in his cluster.
I know it is possible to change this vin, but I don't know which tool does this job.
I know it is an OBD job.
Can someone give me an hint, please ?
