Hello all,

I am new to the forum and have been searching for hours on how to locate and reprogram my 2003 Jeep Wrangler EEPROM. I believe it is IC5 on the IPC, but need confirmation on that as well. The chip is labeled 10393 and after searching, it appears to be a ROHM BA10393F. I am using a SOFI SP8F programmer with their FLYPRO software. I have selected BR93C76 and it reads, but there is no information in the buffer. I tried the BR93C56 as well and it too reads, but also contains no hex in the buffer. Any image of the chip I should be reading and what chip I should select on my software is greatly appreciated. Driving me crazy.

hmmm Thanks morris. I have been trying to read the actual chip, but I guess that's not gonna work? Will keep researching. I don't have a digiprog or anything. Just a flash eeprom programmer.
