Just got this in today, I got it because I'm getting deeper into the bizz and some smart guys on here mentioned it the way to go, obviously you want a good $200-300 or even $500 station but if you need a cheap one to start with or a quick replacement I think this is it, not that I know to much about these things its my first one, any who reviews are great for what it is. I had a 2009 Corolla I was working on, and after desoldering and resoldering a few times damaged one of the pads, plus if you are familiar with the cluster there are 2 micro resistors and 1 cap really close to 93c56 eeprom, I think I delodged one or something which was the first problem around any who I set this thing to 240-250C & eeprom came off like cake programmed it and had it back on and reflowed with same unit, looks like I never even touched the board. Used the same solder that was on the pads. For $60 cant knock it, don't use iron I heard its junk, when you use hot air, make sure to turn to about 3 or 4 on fan when using and when done lower temp to 100C for a few before you turn it off and unplug it.

Better add Some solder to eep pins with solderiron.
Just to be sure connections are 100% good.
