Mosfet 5401 -ford ecu

Hi, as i live in county where haven't many fords , i always do find some solution for this ,problematical to find, mosfet, in some old ecu.
I am interested how do you in GB ,where Ford is common, finding a solution for this device.
To repeat, problem is in Fords engine ECU, MOSFET who drives ignition coils.

Check your PM. The problem though is the primary coil drivers. Sometimes only the mosfets are dead but mostly the primary stage drivers are dead also.

Can anyone idenfify the primary stage drivers on a siemens ecu part number 2S6A-12A650-2B fitted to a 2003 ford fiesta
