and whats under the cluser mcu or eeprom ?

sir i have x-tool but i cant understand which option to try. the car will come at night

any idea what the under the cluster ? mcu or eeprom

Tired with x-tool shows kms and write show ok. But same km remains

2nd tried with x-100 pro on Hyundai options none of them shows original kms i just tried and dash came with error :( i have backup data but there is no write option for this mcu? Can anyone help.

Or can the company fix this i have this car now tomorrow i will be taking it to showroom for fix
