Dream Box 500c files to FTP over

Can anyone direct me to the location of the files to be FTP'd over for the dm500c, I have FlashFXP open and connected.(Good Sticky). I'm based in Dublin on N*L.

I thought that was the case. So, the box is ~~~~ing useless, with just the normal stations on it.
